MEET NICK


FITNESS COACH

I am first and foremost very proud to lead this amazing group that I joined as a member in 2016. I am happy to be available to speak to members to support them in their efforts to achieve whatever it is they are looking to achieve. This, in essence, is where Fit4Purpose came from and what it stands for. We aim to make you Fit for Purpose and fit for life.

Having competed at county level as a swimmer and enjoyed rugby as a team sport, I qualified as an instructor in 2019. After decades of experience in strength training, this cemented my desire to coach people to improve their health and fitness.

MEET THE TEAM


Unlike many fitness providers all of our sessions are lead by an experienced instructor. Here’s our team:

Geoff has been an instructor at Fit4Purpose since 2022. He previously served for 12 years in the British Army. Which has only enhanced his ability as a coach in our Military Fit Boot Camp sessions and our Run Club. He is a gifted runner and embraces beginners and experienced runners with equal enthusiasm.

With 14 years experience as a Physical Training Instructor with the British Military Ralph and many years of experience as a civilian Ralph has trained thousands of people of all ages. He continues to be enthusiastic and passionate about training in equal measure.

RALPH STRACHAN

Ben is a great instructor and came to us at Fit4Purpose with a compelling story. As a cancer survivor Ben’s journey to becoming an instructor is inspirational. The use of his own mental and physical wellbeing as motivation to survive and improve himself makes him an influential coach. Ben has a background in combat sports in which he has competed both nationally and internationally.

Joe has years of experience of group exercise training as well as healthcare and rehabilitation. He believes the key to self improvement is simple, long term sustainable lifestyle changes, rather than quick fixes or hacks. In short stay consistent and even if you don’t feel like you’re seeing the results immediately, you’ll thank yourself later on.
