MILITARY FIT BOOT CAMP
Indoor & Outdoor Venues: Abington Park and The Hangar at Old Scouts Rugby Club
Military Fit Boot Camp includes 3 ability groups: beginners, intermediate and advanced. The class provides a thorough warm up followed by a mixture of strength and cardiovascular exercise that takes in different parts of the beautiful Abington Park.
The instructor will tailor the intensity to your ability group and deliver a fun and varied session everytime. The programmes are made to hit the right heart rate to gain the best calorie burn during and after the workout. In addition to building total body strength you will achieve a lean, balanced body shape.
HIIT
Indoor & Outdoor Venue: The Hangar at Old Scouts Rugby Club
As with all of our classes HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training caters for beginners, intermediate and advanced members. Experience an intense outdoor workout in just 45 minutes with our HIIT session. Explosive combinations of bodyweight exercises will get your heart racing and your muscles burning. Work every muscle group in every session and benefit from the afterburn effects of HIIT training, which helps you burn calories for up to 36 hours after completing the workout.
RELEASE & RECOVER INSPIRED BY PILATES

Release & Recover benefits both those absolute beginners and those with a degree of fitness by delivering improved mobility, flexibility and core stability. Have the freedom to move and the balance and control to perform. Release and Recover aims to bring your body back to its roots, developing its foundations. Release and Recover is an essential part of our complete programme. We train hard at high intensities all week, so Release and Recover is a chance to recover and work on weaknesses; in turn making us stronger.
WALK FIT
OUTDOOR VENUE: ABINGTON PARK
Walk Fit combines walking and resistance training to improve fitness and posture. It is a total body training session using mobility, stretching, dynamic bodyweight training and functional equipment. Designed for all fitness levels using a unique programming system, it allows people of all ages to take part.
RUN CLUB
OUTDOOR VENUE: ABINGTON PARK
No one enjoys running the same route every night or staring at the same spot on the treadmill. Run Club takes you on a different journey every session. By developing all areas of running fitness and working with the environment, you’ll increase your endurance and work your way through a variety of intensities.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

An exclusive group personal training session. Lift, push and pull your way to physical greatness with unconventional strength training protocols that get you prepared for life. If you take your fitness and health seriously, combining Strength & Conditioning with our other sessions will give you the lean look that can withstand the rigours of life. The systematic programme ensures you can look great whilst laying solid foundations to keep you training for the rest of your life.
