INTRODUCTION


As a club we have a rich heritage in training people of all ages and abilities having operated in Northampton since 2005. As Fit 4 Purpose we have a range of classes available so we genuinely have a session for everyone. Whether you are looking to mix a walk with some core exercises in Walk Fit or looking to improve your overall level strength and fitness or manage your weight through our HIIT or Boot Camp sessions.

Wherever you are on your fitness journey we have a session for you. We will make you fit 4 purpose, whatever that purpose might be.

Our classes are all ability sessions and we welcome new members. Nick, our owner and lead instructor, will provide a quick telephone consultation to find out more about you and what you’re looking for before booking your free taster session. This enables us to recommend the right training plan for you.

WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT OUR GROUP SESSIONS?


Our classes include all round fitness and strength sessions Military Fit Boot Camp and HIIT as well as more focused sessions such as Release & Recover inspired by Pilates, Run Club and Walk Fit. More important than all of this is training in a supportive group of like minded people. The mental wellbeing upside of training in a beautiful green space with a motivated group really helps to bring together the physical and mental benefits of what we do.
